The great news is that Lividian is not only releasing The King of Shadows in December 2022, in the months before that, they will release trade paperback editions of the books, beginning with Mister Slaughter in July. The release schedule is:

The book launch for Robert McCammon’s newest novel, Cardinal Black, was held on Saturday, April 20, 2019, at the Alabama Booksmith in Birmingham, AL. Before signing books, Mr. McCammon spoke for a few minutes about his career, then read the first chapter of Cardinal Black.
